Is the license really perpetual?
Yes. Every license is a perpetual entitlement — you buy it once and run it forever, on your own infrastructure. If you let Software Subscription & Support lapse, the software you licensed keeps running; you simply stop receiving new releases and patches until you renew.
What's included in year one?
The first 12 months of Software Subscription & Support are bundled with every license — updates, patches and support through your entitlement portal. Renew annually to stay current; the renewal is a percentage of the license list price.
How do volume discounts work?
The more you license, the better the pricing. As your configured solution grows, it earns a higher volume tier automatically — the estimate reflects an indicative tier. Resellers and registered deals can improve on this further.
Can I pay in my local currency?
List prices are shown in USD by default, with local-currency estimates available in the calculator. Your formal proposal is prepared in the currency and terms agreed with our team.
What about modules and country packs?
Modules (self-service, API, live disbursement, reporting) and regional statutory packs are licensed separately and priced per product. Add them in the calculator to see the effect on your estimate.
Can partners quote on my behalf?
